سقالة متنقلة

السقالات المتنقلة هي نوع من السقالات المدعومة المثبتة على عجلات. صُممت هذه السقالات لسهولة نقلها، وتُستخدم عادةً في قطاع البناء لأعمال الجبس والطلاء وغيرها، كما تُستخدم على نطاق واسع في الحياة اليومية حيث يضطر العمال إلى تغيير مواقعهم باستمرار.

  Aluminum scaffolding is characterized by high strength, sufficient hardness, large bearing capacity, and light material. Steel pipe scaffolding is heavier, easier to rust, and usually has a shorter service life. For scaffolds of the same specification, aluminum scaffolding weighs only about 75% of steel scaffolding.

  Aluminum scaffolding has higher requirements for raw materials and production processes, so its manufacturing cost is much higher than steel pipe scaffolding. In some cases, the production cost can be around 7–8 times higher than steel pipe scaffolding.

  Steel pipe scaffolding is made of steel and is often used outdoors. Long-term exposure to sun and rain can lead to rust, which may shorten the service life and create safety risks. Aluminum scaffolding is made from aluminum alloy, which has better corrosion resistance and maintains more stable performance in outdoor conditions.

  Aluminum scaffolding is usually easier to assemble and does not require the same level of professional installation as traditional steel pipe scaffolding. Steel pipe scaffolding often requires trained scaffold workers with proper qualifications to complete the installation safely.

  For scaffolding of the same working area, aluminum scaffolding can be installed much faster than steel pipe scaffolding. In some cases, aluminum scaffolding may require only about one-sixth of the installation time needed for steel scaffolding.

إنشاء برج سقالة متنقل

هناك نظامان عمل آمنان عند تشييد البرج:

• نظام السور الواقي المتقدم
  This is where temporary guard rail units are locked in place from the level below and are moved up to the platform level. They are in place before the operator accesses the platform to fit the permanent guard rails.
• Through-the-trap (3T)
  This involves the operator taking up a working position in the trap door of the platform, from where they can add or remove the components which act as the guard rails on the level above the platform. It is designed to ensure that the operator does not stand on an unguarded platform.
