Our factory is equipped with advanced cutting equipment and technology that enables us to perform high-precision cutting of a wide range of materials.
Our factory has an advanced welding production line that combines manual welding and automatic robot welding machines to provide you with excellent welding services. We have rich experience in performing a variety of welding methods, including fused electrode gas shielded welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, plasma arc welding, and other welding processes.
We have different surface treatment lines, the first one is powder coating. Each powder coating equipment can finish 10-20 tonnes per day with a powder coating of 100-300 μm. the second one is galvanised surface treatment, the galvanised products are very durable and stable, and can resist rust for 20 years.
We have a quality control team with more than 10 years of experience. We ensure the high quality production of scaffolding through layers of screening and testing, in addition to accepting three-party quality inspection.
We use protective foam film, tie-downs, pallets, and more to properly protect our products to ensure that they are not damaged during transport. At the same time, we work closely with reliable logistics partners to ensure that our products reach their destinations quickly and safely.
