When it comes to ensuring stability and safety in scaffold installations—especially for suspended or heavy-load support systems—Scaffold Beam Clamps are essential. Known also as girder couplers, gravlock couplers, or C clamps, these fittings are designed to securely lock scaffold tubes to steel or aluminum I-beams and H-beams.

Advanced Design for Beam Connection
Scaffold beam clamps work by attaching from two sides of a beam flange—locking OD48.3mm scaffold tubes securely in place. The standard clamp design accommodates flange thicknesses up to 45mm for AS 1576 certified clamps and 36mm for JIS A 8951 and KSD 3501 models. For thicker flanges (up to 81mm), extension beam clamps are available.

With a load capacity of at least 30KN, these couplers are designed to withstand demanding weight conditions on construction sites. Even under a load of 12.5KN, the slippage remains under 6mm, demonstrating exceptional holding power and safety compliance.

Each clamp is drop-forged from S235-grade steel, ensuring high tensile strength and crack resistance. The use of robust T-bolts enhances the clamp’s connection strength, while the large surface contact area between the steel tube and clamp delivers outstanding skid resistance.
Corrosion-Resistant Finishing
